We supply high wear floor coatings suitable for areas such as Public Access Areas, Car Parks, Walkways, Bridges, and other highly abrasive foot traffic areas apply. Also Ideal to coat over entire steps or nosing edges and for hatching/chevron walkway areas.

Most high performance coatings must be applied to clean dry and grease free surfaces etc. Full Instructions & COSHH Material Safety Data Sheets always supplied. Easy to apply by own labour. For larger areas we can provide a full installation service, if required.
Coverage
Two coats are generally required to achieve the correct level of anti-slip finish and to maximise the chemical resistance needed. Depending on the many types of coating systems we supply, a priming coat maybe required. Contact us for advice.

Chemical Resistant Floor Coatings (Smooth or Anti-Slip)
We supply high build solvent free, two pack floor coatings. The average thickness of two coats is approximately 0.5mm well over 4 times the thickness of approximately 120 microns attained by the THREE COATS of normal types of epoxy coatings.
Suitable for most hazardous environments, food processing & factory areas, toilet blocks, show rooms etc. Can be used on steps, ramps, loading bays, cold rooms, and floor areas where the coating requires an anti-slip textured profile. This system is ideal for high impact areas and one that needs to be highly chemical resistant.

Primer Coats
Most of these coating formulations are self-priming. Depending on the type of surfaces for other types of coatings we recommend one of several types of priming coats to seal up porous surfaces such as concrete, stone and timber. Preparation and priming is key to a successful coating finish and the primer coat will extend the service life. |

Preparation & Floor Repair
We also offer specialist Cementitous/Polymer Floor and Joint Repair compounds:
- Rapidsetting 1 to 2 hours curing to minimise downtime
- Also Rapidsetting at low temperatures
- Can be applied to damp surfaces
- Designed to withstand constant vibration, shock, impact and fork lift traffic
- Adhesion without the need for priming
