The Problem
Many canal footbridges in need of surface replacement. The timber slats have become
slippery, weak and unstable, and some of the slats were missing.
The Solution
These footbridge surfaces were all replaced with GRP anti-slip micromesh grating. Excellent slip resistance, perfect drainage and no future corrosion. |

The Problem
A safety and hygiene issue. Potential footwear contamination when staff are walking between the greasy kitchen floor and the outside ground leading to the floors of refrigeration units. Also a slip hazard.
The Solution
Raised anti-slip GRP Grating was laid 75mm in height using polypropylene pedestals, resulting in a safe hygienic no slip walkway. |

GRP open mesh grating was installed and secured with M-Clips, and offered a safe and stable walking surface. |

The Solution
GRP open mesh grating installed over the area of the bund as an instant remedy. The grating has an integrated anti-slip surface, it is extremely strong, it won’t corrode, has perfect drainage and those standing on it have no risk of slipping. |
